until law and order system improves nothing going to happen here. I feel if Lokpal comes 75% of problems solved. i request you to talk about Lokpal and Law and order system from now on on meetings. Please..........

Eliminate the hunger. Allow marriage at younger ages when desires and fantasies are at the peak. Due to modern laws and socio-economic pressure for making one’s career, people are getting married later and later in life. All these time, their desires are getting suppressed leading to undesirable manifestations. Also, it should be the responsibility of the family and the couple, especially women, to do it regularly, even after the initial excitement dies down. This should curve the level of hunger in the male population. Peer groups in schools and colleges should engage in popularising mastar b@ton. This will also help in curving the adrenaline level and minimise the risk to others.

Agreed..its time all the NGO's & people from the society come together and raise the voice for this heinous crime and demand death as the only punishment
