Is it not strange that you can't buy land in J&K but you can buy land in Europe and America.
How strange it looks ?

and join the Creative Politics for the sake and well being of J& K.
But Article 370 will prove to be big hurdle in establishing new Industries in that region and locals have no resources to put money nor urge.

The days are not far when J&K will be free of spacial status and becomes a normal state of India. Pakistan will break-up first and will become part of India there-after.
