The media and many contributors on the discussion board are passing judgment directly as if they are the judges. Let the case come up and let everything come out openly, you can then know who is where and what. Prejudging and utilising this opportunity to wrongly abuse the PM is not right. The country should understand that personal abuse and abusing based on region/ religion is bringing in the bad name to all of us. The rediff is advised not to publish libelous posts.

The article states that its the collective responsibility of all the functionaries of BCCI for these alleged wrongdoings. Others have deposed before ED except Lalit Modi. Lalit modi should come to India and clear his name. I do not think he can be pronounced guilty alone as everybody seems to have taken the decision collectively. But he is too proud to come and clear his name bec he is afraid of what else ??? It is a open secret that Sonia went after him bec of Sashi getting caught in Kochi IPL scam. IPL is a big money making racket and all functionaries including the biggest of them all N srinivisan, Rajiv Shukla, Sharad Pawar should be investigated.

Fully agree. In fact, even the CWG scam where more than 10,000 crores has been swindles during the UPA regime is not progressing and the only person accused so far is Kalmadi, while the others are still going around scot free.
Will the media be kind enough to call him Lalit Modi instead of only Modi. This is not the only article I came across in Rediff. Why media want to confuse the people with the name. I know Rediff will be reluctant to post it.

having said whats to be said right from Pawar, Jaitly to last person in BCCI and many of the players are nek deep in all baad things and activts. There is no doubt about it. All these congregations of Bigiies like BCCI, Tennis Assns, feds, son and so forth are denns of of entrtnment for all high and mighty may be voore houses.
if these are all the issues against Lalit Modi, then there are no scams. there are FEMA violations but there is no scam and there is no money laundering. everything is on record and all transactions are general transactions to conduct business, but there is no scam or black money here. moreover, all issues relate to BCCI and not Lalit Modi in his individual capacity. for all the wrong he has done in violating country laws, i think Lalit Modi's crime are being exaggerated by calling him a crook, money launderer, man of black money (rahul gandhi) etc.

Lalit may have committed a few technical mistakes and may have also swindled a little money. But he could not have done all this without the other members knowing about it and the Govt agencies aware of it under UPA. The way the idiotic channels and anchors are pursuing his case show that they have a hidden agenda and that is the anti Modi phobia since Modi doesn't care for these fellows.
Lalit is no angel but he is not a murderer like Dawood or guys like Quottrochi and Anderson who were allowed to run away from India by the Congress govt. Since these people cannot accuse Modi of Scams and Corruption they are latching on to some small issues which the concerned dept of govt is already handling. Shame on media. Modi should continue to ignore these vested interests.

One needs to speak only with substance, which has happened. DOn't worry, there will be a rejoinder, of the kind that none of these clowns who are shouting hoarse will have anything left to stand on... BTW, UPA has been wonderful role models of parliamentary behaviour, see what they did during Rajiv G's rule to Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, VP, appointed by their own government. These were the very blokes who taught others on how to behave in parliament. I suspect all of this is diversion away from the real issue of the Mother Son duo who have beaten a hasty exit to safe hiding places.

You are like a frustrated person from the success of N Modi. First go to understand the whole thing about Lalit Modi related issue or Smriti Irani and Tomar issue. Without of proper information, abusing to others is the easiest task which congress AAP and person like you is doing. Grow man. Get the info and then make comments. Elst it shows your frustration like any congressi and AAP.
