We are funny people and unluckily both blind and mute.During British rule NEW DELHI area specially Luteans Delhi has lot of Jamun Trees good for treating many diseases.It does not shed leaves and keep the area clean.Similarly why dont we plant fruit trees,Medicinal plants etc It is for your information that Banyan tree is not of Indian origin.Read its history.Funny those dividing tree on basis of religion is a political games on the principle of "DIVIDE & RULE" .There are a number of flowering trees whick make the area beautiful why not think of HAAR SINGAR. Number of trees mentioned in the list are useful .Implement with out distinction.

he he he.. these guys think easy to plant and grow.. Rudrakhsaw grow only in Nepal only that is also near river ghandaki.
Trees are not in any way connected with any specific religion. It is surprising to see that people nowadays give everything and anything a religious hue. I am shocked at reading this. I agree to all the trees being beneficial in many different ways to human society . What disturbs and affects me personally is talking about Hindu trees per se. Trees are trees ...they don\\\'t discriminate between people of different religions when they emit fragrance, bear fruit and seeds for the next crop..... This is mischievous an the part of those elected persons who think they have power to influence the whole world. They are living in fool\\\'s paradise.
