When put in a good system, Indians do very well as the material is good and it needs a good machine only to be processed well.Same persons if put in the Indian system in India cannot do so well as the system here has not been developed to nourish the talents as it is possible in the American system.
Its sad part that many indians who are working with the marginalised or achieved greatness are not given importance. But people who have left the shores are given great importance. Technically they cant be called indians as they have got a US passport
