1. That BJP has double standards is something AAP has always said and accepted (Congress, however, is clean and honest - thinks AAP). Point is AAP was formed and voted to power to do away with these evils of the politics. How can they justify their criminality?
2. This politician furnished false info in 2009 to contest that election. The present election is won on the basis of last affidavit which is true. That old affidavit has nothing to do with his present seat in assembly
If it sounds ridiculous - one must refer to the speech of Mr. Pranab Mukherji in Parliament (then a minister) while debating on cash for vote during nuclear deal. ...what happened was in the last Lok Sabha and hence can not be discussed in this Lok Sabha....
AAPs logic, I am a liar but since all are liars hence let us be. So what happened to all screening of all the candidates that you did before giving out tickets. What happenned of the promises that we will have internal lokpal to handle such issues, and will take appropriate actions.
How could you get admitted to FYBA after Std V? Any recognized college/university would ask for a 10 2 (HSC) pass. Strange are the ways of Indian politicians!

Seems you have no knowledge of our education system and facilities available. Anybody can appear for an entrance test and on clearing it take up graduation in open university after attaining a certain age. The 10 2 3 is not a rigid principle after introduction of open university based distance education. Somebody on clearing entrance exam and joining first year of graduation course can show it as such. He can show it within brackets also. It is not crime. But stating as having completed / possessing a degree without even joining a course is duping.
This is very strange, if this minister couldn't complete graduation after taking admission in 1991, he should have mentioned his qualification as 10 2 or intermediate, just how could he mention class V. Does this mean that he took admission for graduation directly after class V???? This is a case that needs to scrutinized by authorities very carefully
