Ram Shankar Katheria and Chaudhary Birender Singh should go and occupy the house of the Delhi high court judges and refuse to vacate until the case is closed and proper allotments are made.

Congress has bought many of the judges of Delhi High court, see how they are postponing and delaying the National Herad case for last 3 years

what is your opinion on the argument that all occupants list w.r.t house type should be checked? Many discrepancies are sure to come out!

This is another symptom of how courts routinely exceed their reach and poke their noses into routine administrative decisions. How can there be a constitutional right to a 'Type VIII' bungalow?

Joke now, why interfering in administrative issue. Newly elected members need accommodation, and to whom who represents people, but fighting for their own game, for them their perqs. are more important.
