Indians must feel shame for making own country dirty..its a matter of shame.ban cars in india. plant trees. every citizen must clean and make environment clean.

Restraint is the only way to go to make India better: we are polluting ourselves to death.
There has never been a tradition of crackers being burst to celebrate Diwali/Deepawali: it is a festival of lights - not lighting.
That being said, Kerala has more mortality compared to Karnataka: and to think that only very few places in Kerala actually burst crackers in Diwali
