Indians must feel shame for making own country dirty..its a matter of shame.ban cars in india. plant trees. every citizen must clean and make environment clean.

the human population and also the distances to be covered are way too much to be compensated by cycles only, perhaps e-bikes may help
Restraint is the only way to go to make India better: we are polluting ourselves to death. There has never been a tradition of crackers being burst to celebrate Diwali/Deepawali: it is a festival of lights - not lighting. That being said, Kerala has more mortality compared to Karnataka: and to think that only very few places in Kerala actually burst crackers in Diwali
