That’s a wonderful writing. It brings tears in to the eyes. Probably a true Guru-Shishya relationship. Dr. Kalam will remain as an icon to student fraternity.

Homage to the Greatest of them all
by KrishnaKarimSingh DeSouza on Jul 28, 2015 04:22 PM

He was a Colossus, a living one. Needless to say, he inspired so many of us through his work, his dedication and above all through his Indianness. Never have I felt the loss of a leader so intensely as I do today. I can feel the proverbial ‘lump’ in my throat and eyes welling up just thinking about the genial and affable personality of the MAN. My head is bowed to this great soul in reverence and veneration.
I feel honored and humbled by the fact that I have been fortunate enough to have been born in the same country as him and have lived during his time.
His humility, modesty and the infectious smile would touch one and all; one cannot but respect and admire this immortal personality. He was always compassionate, humane, kind and gentle. He is indeed a giant amongst us dwarves. The values, ideals and ethics that he strove for, sets a benchmark for each and everyone to emulate.
My tribute to this great human being, the tallest of them all.
RIP Dr. Kalam SIR.

Soldier's respect
by Suhas Mahajan on Jul 28, 2015 02:03 PM

I really liked the way Soldier received Mr Kalam's hand shake. He is receiving in one hand and other hand is supporting to that meaning both hand together. If you notice his expressions are too respectful.

Bid Adieu Kalam Sir
by jaya prakash on Jul 28, 2015 01:45 PM

Dr kalam was a fine human a great inspiration and embodiment of humility at its best .
The people's president gave our nation a new dimension in terms of missile protocols he broke presidential colonial protocols to be with the masses especially gluing with the younger genre ,
He felt sad at the stooping standards of probity in politics and Bureaucracy , he gave simple solution to this , he said the children of the corrupt should tell their parents misdeeds pain them and would never eat or accept whatever they gave till they reformed.
Saluting the noblest son of mother let's all live his vision that would be Apt respect to the Departed soul Rip Dr KALAM Sir also famously known as KALAM iyer for his strict vegetarian food habits among his DRDO COLLEAGUES.
