Will you and those 214 "wellknown" gentlemen who have written to the President for the reconsideration, apply the same principle to Gandhi's (indirect) assassins Narayan Apte, Gangadhar Dandavate, Madanlal Pahawa and Karkare? In future,on the same ground, political followers of the scamsters like Bhujbal, Tatkare, Laloo Prasad, Mayawati, Amma,.... etc will demand respite. Will you agree?
We as citizens of a free democratic country should know to respect the law of the land. Mr Yakub is a criminal of first order and deserves punishment commensurate with the crime i.e "hanging till death" Satyameva Jayathe.
The soft way our judiciary handles the terrorists is only encouraging the terrorists to remain fearless in this country. With summary trials all terrorists are to be hanged within one year time.
Memon supporters are expecting that when the government changes, they all will get plum assignments. Don't be surprised if Memon also is appointed ambassador to some west Asian country.
Why waste tax payers' money and time of courts when finally a criminal has to be acquainted, may be by way of pardon by the President as it had happened under pressure in some cases,earlier and may repeat in the case of Yakub Memon. Than stop all going on investigations such as on Sajjan Singh, Tytler etc and use that money in development of state. And if the government, irrespective of the party that is governing the country, is keen and fair to its countrymen than should also investigate murder of thousands of its people in Punjab and other states. You may feel it is all rubbish what I have written next but is factual........ A bullet does not differentiate in the crowd who is innocent and who is criminal for it all participating in the crowd is a militant. In such situation if some innocent person gets killed than defence and paramilitary forces should not take action against that soldier or commander of the tasked force. Civil administration should educate its state people not to witness or participate in demonstrations arranged by bad character/anti social elements or political leaders etc, the organiser(s) aim is always personal gain and crocodile tears for public. These eminent people who have signed pardon note for Yakub Khan may tomorrow demand death sentence in some other case.

Chor machaye shor.let us ask the votes of relatives of persons killed in bombay blast if more than 50 p.c. pardon him he should be freed.But they will never do so.Had it been so they would have told court long back.Asking self styled people opputunistis as they r will put them to shame as they tend block justice.Allah can only give a true punishment.All let us namaj Him.

What do you want to say about sadhvi pragya in whose case it was proved she was responsible for makka m0sque blast and many other blasts in other cities that killed many m0zzies. It is double faced views by people like you which fan c0mmunal hatred. If the yardstick of law is equal then sadhvi must be hanged also.
