rediff will do anything in its control to make sure the future of india is jeopardized by making sure that criminals of a certain religion go scott free. of course it is paid by mideast countries of certain religion
Terression has to be dealt severlly but person cooperating with our agencies should not be given suh punishment as in future no one will come forward for help.

BJP/RSS playing politics over Menon case. It is not their intention to hang Memon. Want to please Muslims before Bihar election unlike Cong which executed Guru first and then made it public.
The following paragraph is enough to show that he was involved in the conspiracy to the bomb blasts.
--There is not an iota of doubt about the involvement of Yakub and other members of the family in the conspiracy and their cooperation with the ISI till July 1994. In normal circumstances, Yakub would have deserved the death penalty if one only took into consideration his conduct and role before July 1994---
But he is now denying that he had any knowledge of the conspiracy. To me that means he is still not showing genuine repentence.
Read todays article by Sheela Bhat. It clearly says that he came to Kathmandu to consult lawyers who advised him to go back to Pakistan. He agreed and while boarding bus in the airport to board the PIA flight, his bag fell down and all 5-6 Indian passports of him and his family fell scattered. The Nepali authorities got suspicious and informally arrested him and handed him over to Indian authorities directly so that the matter didn't go to Nepalese courts where Dawood's lawyers could get him freed.
So clearly he didn't even surrender himself. At the most it can be said that he asked his family members to surrender.
I am not clamouring for his death penalty but just want to point out that all the bleeding-heart liberals are pretending as if he voluntarily surrendered and was not part of the conspiracy of the bomb blasts. Both are untrue.

Good, I agree with your point, but my friend, a small question that, firstly Gujrat riot happened and 3,500 to 4,500 innocent people are death, our Administrator has not been find out any guilty persons till time. Why???? Secondly Gujrat h'ble CM now PM Modiji promoted and their administrative has not been find out any guilty person, is it possible????? Now he is prime minister!!!! Same administrative arrested Yakub and proof to h'ble court that he is not surrender. But Gujrat riot's Master Mind and their assistant have not been gone abroad, so they have not been arrested and not proof till date. So surprise!!!! Kindly ask your mind being a human, and called both to punished.

1 Agree with you. Next Gujarat riots culprits be hanged to death with the same zeal and enthusiasm. India will truly celebrate all round justice then.
Media has been painting the world with articles that lead readers to assume Yakub is innocent and framed... he is not.. he came to Nepal not to surrender but to consult lawyer.. he convinced his family members to surrender may be due to some assurances given by investigating authorities but no where no one mentioned him mercy... they are cleverly using media and media foolishly publishing articles supporting them.. sure death penalty date could be extended to finish one more round of investigations but courts are not fools to uphold the verdict just like that
