Pleas go through the 63 page judgement delivered by Justice J. B. Pardiwala of Gujarat High Court on 12-02-2015 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 4677 of 2014 rejecting anticipatory bail of Teesta Atul Setalvad. The verdict of rejecting bail was overruled by the Hon. Supreme court but this judgment give details of misuse of NGO funds by Teesta Setalvad and her totally uncooperative stand and attitude in not cooperating with th investigation. Supreme court has directed her to give cooperation in the investigation against her for misuse of NGO funds for her personal expenses and luxury.
Well the kind of revelations which has come now, we won't be surprised if we came to know that Teesta had an account with Ashley Madison dating site using this NGO money, which was meant for so called riot victims.

she would have never thought modi of becoming a PM and the trishul being pointed at her someday. im pretty sure its true. donations collected over a decade and still nothing done as promised while they withdraw salaries and spend on luxuries. ofcourse all this is claimed by police because teesta must have entered and used those bills and cash vouchers in her accounts to show expenses and save on tax. got caught now.
An advocate practising law with her reputaion became blind for her luxuries and have gone ashtray on every aspect of law to swindle soft money of charity.Hard working, focussed and devoted NGOs will suffer due to her act of revellary.
