The trial is not happening your living room. You should trust SC to do better job with facts in hand rather than biased opinion because he is one of your religi0n.
The Mumbai riots was result of babri demolition. Now way people were right but as some said justice delayed is justice denied.
Today babri demolitions people are given padma vibhushan and are into central cabinet like uma bharti.
So what else can we expect from pakistan to convict hafeez saeed and lakhvi they will justify their action and say india did not convict and punished prgaghya, puyrohit and aseem and babu bajrangi and kodnani are on bail.
But Pakistan is pressurized since those people in pakistan can post threat to world if they mingle with ISIS or Al Qaeda but sangh parivar do not possess same threat to world but now world and usa who became smart realizing any sort of extremism will result into major threat.

My sincere request to UN to declare RSS and its umbrella group as militant group. I know UN will not do it because Modi belongs to that group but the real face of RSS is fascist and radical anti minority group who will ruin the secular fabric of nation if they rule this country for 4 more year.
I am fed up with hypocrites who write something but mean just the opposite. The writer of this article keeps saying he does not know, but read between the lines he is asserting that Jakub is innocent and should not be hanged. Jakub's case went through the due process of law and in the end the Supreme Court upheld the death sentence. The president refused to commute the sentence and he will hang on 30th July. I don't see why people should raise all kinds of dubious questions about the case.
When MV Kamath said "I dont know" in 1994, he meant that the judiciary will decide whether Memon was guilty or not. As a responsible Indian citizen,with faith in judiciary he said so. He didnot let his emotion, the hatred towards the (then alleged)killer rule his decision. Now, the judicary has made it clear that he is guilty and to be punished. Now when you say, that you dont know whether Memon was guilty or not, you are saying that you dont have faith in judiciary. You are in an attempt to give a victims image to the muderer. The disciplined hindus let the judiciary take its time and Memon lived an undeserving 22 years- from 1993-2015.

Exactly. The difference between Kamath saying "I don't know" in 1994 and Syed Firdaus Ashraf saying it after 22 years and completion of judicial process is apparent to people who can read between the lines.

The whole purpose of going through tedious judicial process is that YOU SHOULD KNOW!
If someone says after the SC says "guilty" he is in effect saying "I don't trust the SC"!
Not everyone need to know. Judges know, and the judicial process has found him guilty. Punish him. Politicians and anti-national media need not interfere with it.
Are we here to believe our Judicial system is so badly corroded! No one should be permitted to be so critical of our Judicial system unless the critic is able to show concrete evidence otherwise. Whoever is raising voice in favour of Memon should stand the trial for treason and maximum punishment equivalent to what the convict is to face. The freedom of expression is not at the cost of national integrity and patriotism! The country needs to do away with such bad elements mercilessly.
