If I were a muslim I would not appreciate the way the political parties do scheming and conspiracies under the disguise of Iftar parties.
The way I understand it, it is a solemn and humble occasion to break ones fast after a day of sincere fasting.
I feel the same way about some of the Holi, Dussehra celebrations in Delhi with Sonia gandhi, MMS, etc (an i guess BJP is no exception) shooting arrows at ravana image. They make a complete mockery of auspicious occasions.

It is your own view for yourself.... No need to please muslims, The Creator is enough for the believers.
This iftar party seems like the same muzzy rulers ganged up and looted our traditions and culture. the same betrayers who betrayed the county for small bones are ganging up to destroy..... last 60 years are grand proof of how these gangsters and warlords enjoyed luxurious life.....by destroying the country peoples hope.

it is doing suit boot party. Now poor Muslim, poor farmers and poor from Amethi and Raibareli people can support congress.here is looking any kind of iftiar party.
