Mr. Thakur We salute you...and fear for your life..... there is rampant corruption in the government..... for my case i sent NORI (no obligation to return to India) application way back in Nov-Dec. 2012 to following three authorities in India..which was essential requirement..
1. passport office 2. central government 3. state government, i.e. uttar pradesh government
Passport office gave NORI in January 2013 Central government gave in February 2013 Of-course above two were received without any follow-up.
Till now state government did not give NORI after follow-up..
My father told that he can approach someone. They will not issue NORI without getting money. I told my father not to give money. To my surprise it didn't issue NORI till date as I am aware of.
Its concocted. What can one expect in Ulta Pradesh of Akhil..aassss... And if rape is not proved the woman should be jailed for misusing judicial system.
Big joke for both, who will bring reforms to correct them, one sided law for rape has threatened the respect of males, they can be framed anywhere by politicians and high aspirant females.
