If person like modi can become priminister, why Gajendra chouhan cant be the FTII Chairman? In fact when Modi (of 2002 repute)is the priminister the FTII chairman has to be chouhan (of the repute of Jungle Love) and the CBFC chairman has to be Pahlaj Nihlani ( of the repute of Aag Ka Gola).
These Film stars are earning mega, multi & zillions of crores in films, ads & KBC etc. They will never be able to take up such posts at FTII and will not do justice if they do so. Just to show solidarity with students' worthless agitation and to further their own image as popular stars, people like Rishi Kapoor, Kher will side with students and say Chauhan must resign. Would they themselves take up the post immediately and do FULL JUSTICE to it. ELSE THEY MUST JUST KEEP SHUT and let Gajendra Chauhan do his work for which he has been appointed. Enough of the comments of these filthy rich film stars in favour of students. They don't even tolerate a single hawker outside their homes and take out protest marches when hawker zones are planned in their lanes. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE TO BE LISTENED TO...
top stars in any field say films, sports, education, rest on their laurels and get satisfied and do less for the purpose they were selected for the posts. lesser known men perform normally better than well known faces.
Star are not worth for running teaching organizations, one need to have learned persons for these posts. If Chauhan is not acceptable some more qualified person from some renounced institute. But Amitab or Rajni. who has floated the idea, useless
Naziruddin is a product of the FTII Pune when acting was full time course.He is the right person to lead this institute. He has established himself as the fine actor with his award winning performaces right from Manthan to a Wednesday.
It is sad that such article is written without forethought... All superstar do ell in films only.....they dislike roles, responsibilities, functions and hardwork. Finally there is no money spinner work..... Both these superstars have their own peculiar priorities....A CM post of TN state offered by PM Narsihma Rao was refused by Rajnikant....All also know how Amitabah Bacchaan messed up joining politics........Simply asking them to do something impossible ...of running Film Institute will truly out their real true colors of laziness, incompetence, ignorance,clumsiness and of-course their poor level of education and upbringing particularly in case of rajnikant.
