Wyapam in MP, Raje-Modi in Rajasthan, Ramansingh in Chhatisgadh, Munde-Tawade in Maharashtra, Mines in Karnataka, Farmer's land scams in Gujarat. Smruti Irani/Raje/Rajnath Singh in Centre. And all this is achieved in just one year!!!. And people should not talk anything on it, because in the defence the party will always say that "look at what Congress has done in last 60 years", so we have the birth right to do that and we are doing it fast in just a year!! give as many more years and we will show that we can do it better than congress.
Since RAW chief daulat was also a pak agent and congress is fully experienced in hiding scams committed by it so they know CBI probe is not sufficient. one thing puzzles me is that the scam is so vast not one accused is found in it. I know entire government officers are involved so what is the point in saving them few hundreds jobs may go but it is high time government employees need to be sacked instead of only sacking the political leader. Every time the minister resigns and government employees who actually commit the crimee are let off. the employees again do the same with another party

In corruption minister or chief minster resigns but employees who take 12 percent of all government contracts never get caught. public punishes politicians but government employees are the actual robbers who are never sacked so corruption never ends
will cbi investigation be transparent? .afterall cbi is under the central govt & BJP rules in the centre & MP...so many of the BJP bigwigs involved in this scam will be set free...

First Blow trumpet from terrace that Cm shud quit or appoint SIT. After appointing SIT shout from roof top that STF shud be under HC only. After SIT under HC shout that CBI inquiry is necessary. Now that CBI inquiry is requested Cong is not satisfied they want CBI monitored by SC retired Judge . Once that is announced then they will ask CBI monitored by sitting Judge. AAfter that???. Throw shivraj out if you dont like him next election.Throw modi out if you dont like him. If you dont like any body then NOTA is there. If you dont want to waste petrol to go to polling booth- just sit quiet.

It is strange. First some parties and tv channels gunned for cbi probe into the affairs. Once the CM agrees for cbi probe, they question the motive of the CM!! And if the cbi finds that there is no involvement of the CM or his kin, again they will say cbi probe despite monotoring by court/s not impartial!! Is there any end? Meanwhile, tv channels are making big noises without substance.

No he has not only requested for CBI inquiry, he has earlier requested for SIT/STF which are probing the case and because of which so many have been booked. Tell us about what is your opin9on about the people who got jobs and admissions in medical colleges- some them became doctors. Should they not be punished? Suppose you has become a constable or sub inspector by paying hefty bribe which has now been found out and you have not only lost the bribe money but also the job and may be jailed. So what would you do- take drastic step like the two persons have done yesterday, track down the fixer who took the bribe from you and ask your money back? or what? Suppose it turns out tomorrow that you got admission in medical college by paying bribe or capitation fee in millions but thrown out of the college for wrong admission- what would you do? It is a very hard human problem. It is not only those who have been cheated but also those who cheated are suffering.

Vyapam is a scam in which gullible persons paid lakhs to fixers for seats in medical colleges as well as govt jobs. Many must have borrowed or sold property for that seat which in the private medical colleges being run by some of those making allegations costs millions.Thus they have cheated those who could not manage this. Lakhs who believed that selection is by merit. SIT ordered by the CM raised a can of worms leading to such people being thrown out and into the jails. along with the fixers, babus and legislators / ministers who were running the scam for many years.All of them are white collar people who from respectable families. They have lost not only the ill gotten seat or job but also the money they had somehow arranged and paid for the same. Then the ignominy of having cheated and being jailed for the same. All this is too much for many to bear. Their heart may give way or they may commit suicide or get depressed. Other than them are the real culprits who were running the show.They have earned a lot of money. It is a good move to hand it over to CBI since we don't know if some professional killer company is eliminating evidence. It is also therefore necessary to record evidence of all those connected with it in whatever capacity urgently in the presence of a HC / SC appointed of judges team if required so that evidence is not eliminated.
