Tightening the availability will reflect elsewhere. Nothing happens without the knowledge the Local police administration. Locals around the area can and should be vigilant and courageous to fearlessly report such activity to the authority.No use picking an opportunity to play blame game. Pro will defend and anti will........Public awereness... thats all !
