I am reacting only after reading the title and have not read the article itself.Media, now a days , has a tendency to sensalize every action.A PM or President visits a country only after the host has confirmed. So if mr. Modi visits these central Asian countries what is there to comment about timing. Does Islam prohibits travelling during month ofRamazan? No. Further it exempts to keep fast by travellers and compensate the loss some time in future. NDA government has followed a very active foreign policy befriending all nations especially all our neighbours,whom we have neglected all along.Apart from Tashkent hardly any body will be able tell about these nations leave aside their history, geography or culture. It is a proactive foreign policy, being followed under Mr.Narendra Modi and Mrs. Sushma Swaraj.India an awakening giant need to know her neighbours. So please do not attempt to sensalize every action of this government and focus at dividend we will have.

He can't come bcoz opposition will ask him to sack corrupt Sushmita and Raje. and he can't sack them.
