One fails to understand that unless one cooperates fully with the US or Russia or China one has no chance to survive in these days..India cannot side with China..nor with falling Russia..with China at our necks and the Pakis at our shoulders..we have no chance to survive in this world unless we join hands fully well with these..its not like we are going to loose. If we think like this we are the biggest loosers as we all know our position with China..chinese abandoned Russia joined full with the americans like the Japanese and look at their economy...the americans are million times better than most of our Netas...India is not in a position to fight america or we can be like Iran fighting america and winning...hehehehe

Perhaps true.

But can any knowledgeable person refute what he has stated?

The fact that the Modi govt has still not made the so called administrative arrangements (another UPA initiated enterprise) public raises the doubt that it is indeed a worse surrender than it already looks! After all, no civil nuclear agreement is treated as classified information by any country.

The UPA and the BJP have been so similar in policy after policy !

Dr A N Prasad
by piri on Jan 30, 2015 11:45 PM  | Hide replies

started off with praise on Narendra Modi by saying that he gave a decisive push to the UPA initiated civil nuclear deal with the US.

But he ended by making Narendra Modi look like a mighty fool due to his surrendering completely to the US by giving that decisive push !

In short, Narendra Modi gave a decisive push to surrendering to the US !

The UPA had only started the rot. Narendra Modi completed it !

And both Narendra Modi and the Congress are taking turns claiming that it was them who surrendered to the US and not the other !

When reactor comes, reprocessing will also come. When Maruti came, engine was from Japan, now they design engine here in India.
For US also saying many things not easy. But Japan has shown sign of doing many things which will be visible now, including high tech technology in Defence. Use your idea and get instruments from Japan make it successful.

US Prez.had come to India with a pure business mind 1.He wanted to sell maximum no of nuclear plants 2. He wanted US take over of our insurance and retail sector. Modiji's visit to US was only after decontrol of many life saving drugs.

US, UK, Israel has done more good
by Confused Mind on Jan 30, 2015 11:29 PM  | Hide replies

Earlier we reject our past and embrace the scientific
truth of the West we will make real progress. All our
civilisation is mediocre and defunct in front of the
modern Western civilisation. Time to work on catch-up.
