It is an institution, not personal, We need young talents with matured advisors, no one must be allowed to continue after his retirement, if he continues - worst planning. We have huge population of young people, rather retirement age must be reduced to 50 or so, but vested interested people have created a havoc not to retire early. Advantage of being young in majority of cases is wasted in India.
