All the evidence has been destroyed and the case hinges entirely on circumstantial evidence. Such cases are difficult to crack and the culprit whoever it may be will go scot free for want of sufficient and clinching evidence.

You are right. Our law is so slow that even if you have solid proof, the case will drag for ages. I bet this will not end for atleast another 10 years. Media will cash on it.

Sunanda somehow got the proof that Tharoor spent three nights with Meher in a Dubai Hotel. That is a very bad news for Tharoor and India. So Tharoor realized he can't take any chances any longer. And as Lootgress Chorgress Party was in Power he realized it wud be a very easy case for him. That's what happened, she was cremated very very quickly so that no trace of suspicion was there. But he didn't know that BJP wud be back in Power, snd the case wud surface again, thanks to Swamy. I am sure this is TERRIBLE for Tharoor, he won't be able to sleep. Swamy now is back with full force and I'm sure this case wud get solved.

It appears that some English news channels are aggressive in the debate on this issue. It looks that Delhi Police have a tough job, lest that they be accused of being soft on the person questioned yesterday.
