It is not an emabarrasment.. you are an embarrassment to this country who would like a PM to represent India in a 5000 rupee suit.

Didn't you see how much US is doing to protect and project its President?

You must also note that President Obama usually re-soles his worn-out shoes. One cannot rise to greatness through ostentation alone!

Mod's Suit Auction

Has any PM/CM/ MP/MLA/ President in the past since 1947 have auctioned any of their possessions ( which belonged to the State during their tenure - given to them as a Gift during their holding the posts) and given it in charity to any of the good causes in the Country. If so can anyone mention these columns?

Did not Mr. Modi gave away his PERSONAL money of Lakhs of Rupees when he moved from Gujarat to New Delhi?

Our mentality is to find fault with anything and pass uncharitable comments- what a shame.

But, the damage is done. Modi may say or do what ever now, the monogrammed suit will be associated/ remembered with his name. Modi could have avoided such costly mistake. I hope he compensates this with his accomplishments in the national interest and making the India a Super-Power.

And where were these businessman for last 8 months to help clean the Ganga which they claim is a noble cause. Seems motive of this businessmen is something else and definitely not social service to the nation.
