In terms of the commoners'

interests, there is really no anti national act remotely as grave as the plunder of state and natural resources by crony capitalists that is going on now with increasing momentum - all in the name of development and job creation !

For, it is such pillage and plunder aided by corrupt governments that ultimately results in sustained poverty and poor quality of life for the great majority of Indian commoners !

It is often to hide this hugely anti national act that the government and the crony capitalists, aided by ignorant segments of the commoners, dub actions such as those of Ms. Pillai as anti-national and seek to escape from a proper and full argument in the matter !

Courts should weigh the National Interest over Personal Interest

Every person has a right to do whatever they want to do. Courts should consider the Greater National Interest over the personal interest of these pseudo human right activists, who eye only on foreign awards. If they have a issue why they are not approaching the judiciary system, as they approached now. They think that if they testify before foreign nation, then only they get name and fame. Even if we consider these activists as anti national, it may not be wrong. They raise their voice against the security personnel when they act against the anti-social and anti-national elements, as human right violations. They keep quite when these security personnel are killed by the anti -national/anti-social elements, there is no human right violations in these cases. In the name of freedom of speech, they pass all the wrong comments and expect everyone to keep quite. Shame on these pseudo social activists, who have priority for their personal name and fame, rather than grater national interest.
