Caste is evil...unity means caste-free
by Bodh Ramdeo on Feb 15, 2015 11:55 PM

Greatest obstacle to unity, egality and progress in this backward, poverty-stricken land of filth and squalor is the Evil Caste System, which historically has served to balkanize and debilitate the society and fostered the conditions for hundreds and hundreds of years of conquest and oppression by foreign invaders.
In order to create equal opportunity for economic upward mobility for all, the pernicious, repugnant and despicable Caste System in all its plethora of forms must be outlawed...NOW!

as usual !

No word, not a word about the lack of material justice for the majority of the Hyndus, for whom he has anointed himself as a proprietory representative !

He mentions divisions based on caste, region and language and tactfully avoids mentioning class !

The old scum bag thinks if he avoids a mention about class, no one will remember that more than 80 % of the hyndus in the country live on less than Rs. 80/- per day without any support from the government in terms of health, education or any other service !

The scum bag thinks he can have the cake and eat it too.

Minimum wages in agri field.......
Rs. 300.....?????

Do you mean to say that the average income of 80 % of Indians is higher than Rs. 80/- per day ??

Now, run along and read reports - the NSSO, CMIE (know what it is ?), Census survey of India, UNHDI, etc - and find out yourself. Do not try to talk about topics without knowing anything about them.

And religion ?

I am a skul harvester ? You mean a non-hyndu ?

Well, the RSS keeps saying presumtuously that it represents all hyndus. And it also asserts time and again that hyndus constitute 80 % of the Indian population. That means it regards anyone with a hyndu name as a hyndu. In that case, I am a hyndu too, albeit one that regards the RSS with repulsion - much like the majority of hyndus do !

The more religious fundamentalists such as the RSS (and muxlim fundamentalists too) try to ignore the reality of class divisions and carry on under the pretense that they do not exist, the more sharp class divisions become! The RSS wants poor and lower middle class hyndus to forget that they are invariably exploited by the so called upper classes - who hold a highly disproportionate share of the state resources!

its monarchy kingdom in saudi after 1920
It is acquired by force with the help of britishers... to control oil fields....
they made the rule that only believers in islam are allowed in makkah and madinah....
the present rulers have expelled many muslims too....
how india can be compare with a monarchy kingdom....
if 80% are hindu than why they are worried..
do u think all 10-12% muslims Are united and are conspiring against hindu or etc.....
its not like that...
give any religion .. educatikn and he / she is free from evil doers...
have developed countries organised the way RSS want to do for development.....
abt invaders attacking india and demolishing temple in india... is same as muslim struvtures destroyed during ghenghis khan time whem he attacked muslim xountries like baghdad and etc... educating every one is the need of the hour and corruption free india....

You had given Rs. 300/- wages for a day's work ?

Vow !

And listen to this. Here in Kerala, no unskilled labourer works for less than Rs. 600/- per day. Often, it can go up to Rs. 800/- per day. And skilled workers like plumbers and carpenters get even more.

This is true. Once in Kerala, you will find that no one is surprised to see such wages. So much so that there are no less than 25 lakh poverty stricken, entirely illiterate and very vulnerable men from boondock states such as Orissa, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, M.P, Bihar, A.P and even Tamil Nadu working for wages ranging upwards from Rs. 400/- per day! Kerala is to these migrant workers exactly what the Persian Gulf is to Kerala workmen. Back home, they rarely ever get more than Rs. 80/- per day.

Now, this is my experience. You have stated your experience. And neither reflects the overall picture of India in terms of the average daily wages paid to labourers !

To know that, you need to look up statistics compiled by different agencies. Not for nothing are statistical methods and representative sample surveys devised and worked at. It is only the miserably ignorant and stupxid little commoner who will say that all statistics are untrue and that only their prejudiced impressions (formed from selectively seeing what lies in their immediate surroundings) reflect the truth about the whole of India !

Now, once again, ever heard of the NSSO ?

CMIE ?

And the UNHDI ??

Reports of the ministries of rural development ?

Panchayati raj ?

Ministries of water, sanitation, child and women's welfare ???

No ??

Not at all ?

Make a start then. It might take a long time for you to come to grips with the horrendous situation that prevails in much of India and which affects more than 75 % of the Indian population !

Not reading anything beyond juicy headlines and seeing things only from the lower middle class ignorant commoner's viewpoint and letting that viewpoint become coloured with your prejudice is no way to understand things about a country as large and varied in nature as India !
