The major factors that worked against BJP this time ..
by my on Feb 10, 2015 07:57 PM  | Hide replies

1. They brought Kiran Bedi from nowhere who had no
appeal among the Delhi ppl!
2. BJP Senior leadership has to shut their mouth
and listen to Shaw.
3. BJP started the campaign at the last moment
and Shaw's focus was how to finish Advani,
Harshavardhan supporters! It back fired on BJP
4. BJP was focussing on media hype and spendig
money 50 times that of AAP but never touched the
the real issues!
5. BJP Cadres are creating a feeling of insecurity
among minorities with policies such as: Ghar
Vapasi, destroying the places of workships etc.
6. BJP has gone back on their election promises of
last gen election by Modi himself! People
watch them - the real power is in their hands
not in the hands of Shaw or Modi!
7. BJP candidates has no appeal among the Delhi
population!
8. BJP has become a bus anybody can board and
replace the driver and change its destination!
This is a departure from party's ideals - it
creates deep injuries in the ordinary party
folks!

BJP has to think and act if they wanted to survive!

The BJP party workers refused to campaign for Kiran Bedi becasue she was shoved onto them from nowhere. Since there was no solid campaigning, the people did not have any respect for Kiran Bedi. The candidate herself enjoyed a poor reputation as a quarrelsome virago in the police force. She has been a publicity hound all her life. Now, Narendra Modi will drop her like a hot brick and will follow the same approach towards other defectors from rival parties. This election will further strengthen the power of the BJP. The party now knows what works and what does not work.

Well you cannot have healthy democrasy with only two parties in fay .. This election killed democrasy where different parties with no ideology came together to defeat BJP . They knew they cannot do it with there past track record so they created a pseudo face called AAP

Lesson for the next election
by my on Feb 10, 2015 06:17 PM  | Hide replies

Delhi election saw 20% of votes-drain from BJP cadres to AAP! This is not without any reason! In the last national election BJP got 31% of the national votes still was able to return to Parliament with a thumbing majority! It means, if BJP loose a 10% drain natially inclding from its cadres, it will never return to Parliament to rule the country! It will be humbled like Cong!

Presently, the minority votes are getting united just as that happened in Delhi election! Instead of a divided minority vote bank, today's policies like Ghar Vapasi, Black money , no development and too much hype among BJP Party cadres will definitely result in a 10-15% vote swing against BJP next time!
That will make BJP a party with nationally 3rd or 4th! They many not even able to function as political party after next gen election!

The only way this can be avoided is: Control the hopeless thoughtless movement of party cadres who are only 10% nationally but believe they are the 31% who voted MOdi to power! BJP Cadres have to think of reality! It is time for a second thought! They hve to stay away from Ghar Vapasi, media hype and meaningless policies! They have to think of corruption and fulfill their promises in the last election! They also have to stop insulting the senior leaderhsip of the party who build the party! Think - when all the important political figures were staying away from active work, AAP had a cake walk! Samething applies nationally too! It is not Shaw who built!

In fact the loud mouth bhakts prowling the social media with divisive and abusive comments against anyone who doesnt agree with them are the biggest liabilities for the BJP. Those, without any party affiliations and voted for the BJP, feel suffocated by this brigade. The party shd remember that its these fence sitters who decide the outcome of any election. So its very important that the party reigns in these mavericks.

Since Congress is finished, the Congress votebank including the minorities, leftists, SP, TMC, RJD, etc all ganged up against the BJP whom they cannot fight individually. Also BJP lost since the RSS kept away this time and the Delhi unit wasn't united. Inspite of the debacle the BJP has maintained its vote share of 33% as polled last time. Once AAP can't give anything free as promised, the dissolution will set in and BJP will bounce back. Let all the psuedos enjoy till then.

Fact of the matter is that chchaddees couldn't create division and spread haatred by repeating their usual 1ies in Delhi, since Delhi is not the same as UP, Bihar and other states, comprising of educated illiterates.

33% votes last time came from 10% party votes and 23% general public! These general vote bank eroded making a fall 6 times that of Cong! This is what happens if BJP think DO NOT CARE!

BJP also offered too many unrealistic promises! Compared this Cong did not offer too much! They did more to their conscience than both AAP and BJP!

Minority votes are accummuated against BJP for a reason - BJP has stop hurting the sentiments of the minority and stop cheating the mojority communities!

If BJP has to bounce back, people should think of them as a good trustful party! Unfortunately, BJP is very very far from this image at present! They believe making some media hype they can white wash anybody's mind instead of bringing some developments to the communities!

Time has come to make BJP think! Religion is not cake, it is only a promise, it does not help starvation! Media hype has no appeal, it only force the people to watch, it is not necessary they believe that is preached in the media!
