Anybody who is loves his nation and a patriot would have done the same as Rajapaksha. A great man who decimated the terrorists and saved Sri Lanka from anti nationals backed by missionaries.

yeah , that's what they said about hitler too. srilanka has bitten way more than they can chew. it is easy for an army to rain bullets and missiles inside theor OWN country, it will also create a backlash which the traditional Singhalese are too weak to face or have low IQ to foil.

From 1930's till 1945 he did get the GErman's a lot of pride, he rolled over most of Europe, captured large tracts of North Africa and "almost" subjugated England and Russia. The reason the world hates him today was due to his "Ultimate Solution" of concentration camps where millions of innocents were killed in very inhuman ways. Rajapaksa is not even one tenth of the monster that Hitler was., however both at their peak were very popular and a source of great pride to their people.

What missionaries- most of the backing and creation of the LTTE was by India and not any "missionaries". Rajapaksa got journalists opposed to his point of view killed and did nothing to get the Sri Lankan Tamils back into the main stream, he catered to the Sinhalese nationalism and not to Sri Lankan nationalism
well you made a cute little genocide in India's backyard, royally supported by the Chinese. You are part of the grad scheme against India, famously called the "string of pearls" . how do you think this will end for you and your family?, run while you can, this will never end pretty.

And India started the action by training and propping up the LTTE, only to have it's own army embarrassed by the LTTE with connivance of the Sri Lanka government who did not like India meddling, so from a very friendly neighbor, we got someone who welcomed our enemy into our own backyard thanks to our meddling ways. Which did not end pretty for the Indian Prime minister involved did it ?
so this guy coming froma size 1/1000000th the size of India, wants to warn and advice India. they very fact that they are paranoid beyond belief is proof enough that they haven't got over the fear. You can recruit half the country to be in the army, but on the warzone, only the man who is willing to die will win. we've seen it time and again in the history, look how USA is stuck in Afganistan. Hello mate, are you really sure of the size which you have referred to ? It doesn't matter the size in a situation which has proven by Isreal . But unfortunately we are not such a advance nation .that is the different , but if you think a size of a country decisive which is a rubbish .

Well the actual sixe is 1/50,a nd wrong example as the USA is bigger than Afghanistan, and by the way- in comparison the Sri Lankan Army did wipe out the LTTE while the Indian army had to retreat
the very fact that they think they 'successfully defeated' LTTE and the lethargy conbined with that belief will lead them to their downfall. it wont be pretty to say the least.
