Proper Development could Happen when both Center and Delhi have Same Govt. This time BJP. May be aap next Time.
Otherwise aap will give Excuses Center is not Giving Fund to give Free This and Free That. and this will sure happen. Then Why waste 5 years? By the Way a 100% doubt app. app could never complete 5 years government. It is not in DNA. It is not Their Nature.
It will be shame if Delhi will come up with AAP, that means they have not learnt from the past, the whole nation is watching, if u vote for BJP there will be lot of scope for development unlike AAP known for DHARNA.
