the US president did not go bear hugging with Pak PM. When US had to take action, they took it without boasting. Our folks can only talk and when time comes for action, we see the bear hugging hypocrisy.
When USA created al qaeda, they called millions of radical from all over world one fo them was billionaire from saudi osama who came as special envoy in CIA jet plan to fight soviet. CIA and USA trained al qaeda fighters, Pakistan zia ul haq sent its own men in FATA and tribal area to join soviet fight and Osama was special envoy of USA and after Soviet war, Pakistan transfered its own men to kashmir militancy not al qaeda whose primary enemy is usa not india. Same Osama went against usa. Also superpower usa and pakistan has special relationship, USA gives lot of money to pakistan, arms,and was its stragetic partner. If India tries to enter Pakistan, it will be nuclear and for dawood may be Pakistan will loose its 15 crore people, but same Pakistan with 120 nuclear can destroy densely India population of 60 crore (4 times) and with mass destruction of cities India will go back 30-40 years...there is a difference between india and usa.

India will kill Dawood in a covert operation and not in an overt operation like on Osama. Its just a matter of time how soon we can do it
The simplest answer to your ?ion as to why killing Dawood is not that simple because when Osama was killed the main player was USA "a SUPER POWER". Can our armed forces and intelligence apparatus back an operation of such sort. On this current stage No. First we must not only improve our intelligence but also arm our defense forces with state of the art weaponary
CBI and top secret agencies should use Rajan as a bait to find out the moles in mumbai police. They should then permanently tap all their communication channels and at the appropriate time (when necessary) sentence them through high security, special courts who dispense fast justice on these national security issues.
Osama was killed by America as he has created great threat to the nation & bombing at world tread center.We are reclutant to finuish Dawood as he has great linkage with political film industry persons & we are not having courage to that.Pakistan will not hand over him to us alive.
