What is wrong..
by NAGRAJ KV on Dec 24, 2015 04:50 PM

Crores are spent on beedi, cigarettes, liquor daily in this country... why should your eyes roll even after 'the chief minister clarified saying that not a single penny had been taken from the state exchequer for the ritual'.

Every festival celebrated, every other mega event on this scale is good for public because money of this scale is spent and it reaches the public. Since common people are getting all this money spent it is good for them. Rediff. get some better article written.

What was his profession earlier that he accumulated so much money in his personal banks? He must have accumulated much more than this as he is spending this much only on one item. But anyway, he is giving temporary jobs to priests and others.

Better than spending crores on a wedding
by Common Man on Dec 24, 2015 02:26 PM  | Hide replies

We have seen people spending tens of crores for wedding. So what is wrong if he is spending his personal money for Pooja for the state.

Only industrialists spend so much on wedding. What was KCR's source of income before getting the CM position. He must have at least 10 times more in his banks.
