THE POINT IS THIS MAN WAS IN THE CAR SIMPLE HE TRIED TO GET AWAY FROM THE CRIME SCENE ASWELL AND TO ACQUIT HIM OF ALL OF THE CRIME IS BEYOND BELIEF SIMPLE THE MAN HAS TO PAY FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE AND THE PEOPLE WHO WERE WITH HIM SIMPLE WHERE IS THE JUSTICE NO ONE HAS BEEN CHARGED THATS JUST A RIDICULOUS i happy that Mumbai government is going to appeal salman and his friends need to be given jail sentence they have killed someone regardless of being an accident

Close the Case
by C V on Dec 23, 2015 05:18 PM  | Hide replies

Now that a court has given its verdict, it should be treated as a CLOSED CASE. Further, as the deceased cannot be brought back, there is no use spending TAX PAYERS' money on such issues. However, through discussions, the actor, whether he himself drove the vehicle or not but whose vehicle caused the accident, must be made to compensate all of the affected persons, at least with 25 lakhs each and settle the matter.

Gentleman, that is not the justification. Guilty has to be punished and the compensation has to be done. The purpose of punishment is for the guilty to repent and to act as a deterrent for others to commit such offence. Higher compensation does not replace punishment. That all rich would commit murder and get acquitted using compensation as a bait. They will say that they can't bring back the dead one.

Here is not question of compensation, here is question that accident has happened which cause life of one person and injured 4. On that night body guard ravindra patil filed FIR and given the statement that salman was driving the car. He had not changed his statement till his death. So what other court is needed. This is justice purchase by salman. Whatever may be this high court and people should not lost faith on same.

His driver had confessed in the court that he was driving the car at the time of accident. But the court has not given any instructions to the police to take suitable action against him
