We have to accept that Mumbai police is quick and brilliant in solving the cases, in absence of political obstacles.

Police of other cities and states should take the help of Mumbai police in resolving the cases quickly

Usually the culprits get away due to delay in resolution and there is scope for tampering of evidence with the passage if time.
