Zero loss theory and no cheating
by srnvs san on Dec 15, 2015 07:23 AM

1.Zero loss theory -->govt got Rs. 4lakh crores

2. No cheating --> how many lakh crores were cheated is going to come out in investigation.

We know for sure at least 2,000 crores loss in National herald case.

This advocate, Shri Sibal, who could not continue the high court stay for congress leadrrs says "we have given three suggestions, let them (BJP) come to us". Is BJP subservient to him? Does he forget his party has lost elections? Weak arguments in court leading to failure and now shouting at roof tops!! He is desperate to convert his failure into political vendetta.

What Mr. Sibal said about 2G is true in many sense. Now what happened after the recent auction. The service providers and the minister tried to get back the revenue through Net Neutrality scheme. That did not work because of vigilant citizens. Now why do you think call drops are so frequent these days? This is how the companies compensate for the additional cash that they had to invest because of auction. In the end we the customers are paying for the auction. The sensationalization of the lose was deliberate to get on the then tottering govt. But we do not have to loose our objectivity just because of propaganda.

by Pradip Shah on Dec 12, 2015 08:43 PM

Kapil Sibal should better keep his mouth shut after miserably failed to defend the case with other equally experienced but arrogant Abhishek Manu Singhvi before the high court who justify courts stand asking Sonia and Rahul to face trial. Let them try now other so called intelligent advocate P Chidambaram to defend the case . Till that time stop crying for political vendetta and blaming PM and PMOs office and concentrate of defending their case on merit more efficiently and successfully.

Kapil sibal can be crowned as the no.one liar of India, he said there was zero loss in 2G,when the actual loss was 75k crores, now he has uttering nonsense about Herald case where every day there is a new skeleton tumbling out,PAPPU now says the protest was not against vendetta but something else,Probably Sibal has not heard it that is why he is still crying vendetta.
