Congress blinks

Now that Congress is coming on board, my advice to NDA will be to go slow on National Herald case and also tell Swamy to stop his rhetoric. Country is more important than individual egos.

Can majority Rajya Sabha Replace Indian Judicial System
by on Dec 11, 2015 08:40 PM

f congress were to be in power and this same judgement were to come from High Court what would have been the scenario? may be Sonia ji beong Daughter in Law would have impozed second emergensy ? Madam Sinia Ji said, she is Daughter in law of Madam Indira Gandhi. Yes no doubt about. Madam Indira Gandhi to protect herself from Allhabad High court judgement imposed Emergency and lakhs were arrested during emergency. Loknayak Jayaprakashnarayan Ji was jailed. Now national Herald issue and the Court summons are exactly the same. But Congress is not in power but has majority in Rajya Sabha. So the action of congress is intmidete Rulin party that it will nat allow any bill and most importantly GST to get passed. And if bills and legislative work is stalled Modi Ji will have to face many problms and devlpmnt will take back seat and 2019 will be in the poket of Cong, RJD and Nitish and left. Thats the game plaan of cong. Just think. If Cong were to be in power and this kind of court orders were to come and finally court were to give say three year term I am sure India wud have got second emrgncy. RIGHT. Some how it appears that India Judiciary appears to be under the contoole of Rulin parties. Otherwise how a party which ruled for 60 years can say that Present Govt is responsble for Court judgement on National herald. If yes how much in 60 yrs rule cong controoled Judiciary? Let there be a big debate on this. Will CJi come out with his response on this issue?

Rajyasabha, nowadays looks like rehabilitation center for people who loose loksabha elections or those who can't win even panchayat election?

Convincing RAGA....
by Dattaprasad Prabhu on Dec 11, 2015 08:32 PM  | Hide replies

It is not mere convincing of SOGA and RAGA by Ghulam Nabi and Sharma. It has to do something with inaugural ceremony of Mr. Sharad Pawar's autobiographic book. Despite being target of bitter critic, Pawar has plethora of carefully bonded personal friends (political mentor, credible helping hand or crisis management Guru-- they may think of him) ranging from stalwarts of DMK, AIDMK of TN, Vailar Ravi and "Mr.Clean" Antony of Kerala to Abdullas and Muftis of J & K; from NAMO and Waghela of Gujarat to Mamata, Nitish, Barua, Deb, Gogoi, Rijiju, Sangma, Hwala of east and north-east. As our PM has said, Pawar 'detects the political winds quite earlier' and must have conveyed the "appropriate" message to the Hullabool brigade of Sonia Congress through his trusted channels. This U-turn has occurred immediately after the inaugural ceremony that one must not disregard.

Congress blinks, GST bill likely in RS on Tuesday

Finally wiser counsel prevails. Congress should fight the corruption case legally and since their case is very weak, they desperately tried to stall the functioning of the Parliament. But the moment Modi gave an interview in which he blamed political parties for stopping important legislation beneficial for for the poor, for their personal reasons, the Congis realised that their game is over and blinked.
