Before the govt took active initiation, youth like Yunis has taken pains. I think he is a PG Engineer. Many men or group or political parties have participated in rescuing as well as feeding, but every body is little after youths participation. As said most groups have done this with their flags or with some symbol showing to all. In fact one particular Muslim group has done an excellent job of rescuing first, accommodating, then feeding and now cleansing all dirty streets which seldom seem to have done by even sanitary workers, could be viewed in three Independent News Channels. Of course some did as - do the duty, don't expect the reward whereas some others differently. Whatever be HUMANE is there and people are benefited and it is the duty of Govt to complete it.
