every pakistani civilian should understand what mr haqqani, when he says "Pakistan did not raise an army to match the threats it faces. Pakistan inherited 33 per cent of British India's army, raised for the Second World War, at independence in 1947 and has sought to identify threats that match the size of that army. it clearly says that pakistan's administration and military junta is trying to find job for the armed forces by creating an illuminati. pakistani civil society should understand who the real enemy of their nation is.
Whenever India fights Pak, it is not Pak alone but the entire Muslim world that stands behind Pak. E g in 1965 war our ack ack guns shot down a Pak F-104 Starfighter plane over Pathankot which bore the markings of Saudi Arabian Air Force. In 1971 war, the entire PAF was stationed in Iran from where they used to undertake sorties against India and return to Iran. The then Congress govt did not react as according to them Iran is India's friend (?) Pak's atomic bomb reactors at Kahuta and Chashmashahi are entirely financed by Libya. Its purchase of F-16 Falcon planes from America have been fully paid for by Saudi Arabia.
In war, no idealogy, winning is the only consideration. What is the use of arms kept may be with limitations, as such it is natural, that PAK will not keep any promise.
