So kujlibaba wants jurisdiction to investigate the Prime Minister based on some frivolous complaint to a stooge jokepal appointed by kujliwal.

Let me follow your logic

1. I am a ward member of a village (that has 12,000 people).

2. We are going to pass lokpal in our village.

3. Are you saying I can summon/prosecute Delhi CM, MLAs and MPs through out the country?

4. Separation of powers is enshrined in constitution.

5. We have all seen how dirty AAP is (MLAs were doing criminal activities)

Pass it and then we will see.If people like Sushma, Raje, Chawan, Ms. Munde (Chikki Aunty) etc did not resign even though they have been found they have done blunders. But Chief Minister Fadnivis transfer Mr. Rakesh Maria out of CP of Mumbai? Immediately. PM is SILENT all the way.

State govt will investigate indian President? kejriwal may say he want to investigate USA president also!

Kejriwal must understand that he is CM of UT not even a state!

Moreover centre has got its own lokpal bill!

you are misunderstood by the fact that lokpal is for centra govt, where as state has to follow lokayukta, not lokpal!

moreover onion thief kejriwal will investigate president of india? or Supreme court justice?

now he banned 50% vehicles in delhi, will he return the road tax received from the vehicles?

tomorrow he may ban 50% workers especially women because delhi does not have infrastructures for vehicle?
