We welcome the policy of Indian government. Center government are stand behind to any help. They are providing all necessary goods, medicine and foods also. We should give charity to flood area by Prime Minister releaf fund. Definitely, our small part of charity give him big releaf.
It is crucial time for people of Tamil and government. Our wishes with them. they people do not loose their patient and stand with courage. We don't forget the people of Tamil are very strong even the time of cyclone.

There is not even a shred of a disaster mitigation plan in place. Chennai has been reduced to a massive gutter of upstream cities like Kancheepuram. The rot of the city has set in, flooding would be on regular display now.

chennai they have to stop more construction work to save city , in future city cannot accept suck kind of floods as such it is beloe sea level
