See our current PM & erstwhile PM cannot be compared in terms of education as they are like chalk & cheese. Compared to MMS, PM Modi comes across like an illiterate. By sacking bureaucrats he is ruining his own chances of success. He is ensuring that he will be a 1 term PM & forgotten soon after. It will be good for the country.
