IT IS QUITE UNFORTUNATE TO GIVE MEDIA AND PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR MISUSING NATIONAL FLAG. NOW ONE SHOULD BE PERMITTED TO USE NATIONAL FLAG, AND THE TRICOLOR IN THAT ORDER, FOR FANCY AND FANTASY. THIS IS NOT PATRIOTISM WHICH IS RESPECTING NATIONAL SYMBOLS, ICONS AND CITIZEN. AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE STRINGENT ACTION. IT IS EQUALLY UNFORTUNATE THAT THE EXPECTED ICONIC OF THE STATUS OF SACHIN TENDULKAR HAS RECOMMENDED FOR SUCH A DISGRACE OF NATIONAL FLAG.
commoner can display true patriotism to his nation are by not stealing public wealth even if he gets a chance to do so and by not voting for any candidate if he has reason to believe that the latter indulged in theft of public wealth on any occasion !
Waving the national flag or attending flag raising ceremonies or listening to one of the thieving politicians speak in earnest about patriotism come up way too short in comparison !
What devotion! Wish all of us have the same kind of devotion in keeping our environs clean, in performing our given duties, in respecting our neghbours\\\' privacy and need for peace and in keeping ourselves fit.
Appreciate your love for Country but showing it on cricket field may not be appropriate. Having a feel of giving life to tri-color has much critical prospect and certainly not a sport like Cricket, Football etc.
