Every year such type of incidents occurred in some parts of India.Why can't administration foresee & learn how to control crowd? Our administrators should realize the price of a life. A.Kar

A National Crowd Management Force is needed....along with strict rules like queue, orderly movement, crowd control, CCTVs etc
