This is the culmination of years of work across several governments. We should all take pride in this but also be careful not to attribute it wholly to the current government.

Nonsense. For years it has been languishing. This government appointed Ajit doval and got this to a conclusion.

Rao and Vajpayee worked to some extent on this, but the last 10 years were wasted by the UPA.
