A lady IPS officer.
by suresh dole on Aug 14, 2015 12:10 PM

I am from Maharashtra, there is one IPS officer, who is now IGP of Prisons, in Maharashtra. I have seen the atmosphere and working nature of first IPS Officer, Mrs. Kiran Bedi, who was the first lady Superintendent of Prisons of Tihar Jail. It is well known to Indians how she improved the jail activities, mental improvements of prisoners, etc. Now I would like to see the new IPS officer, I am sure she would think over of cleaning the condition and atmosphere of Indian Politics, if given a chance and be an Indian known very much in the Terrorists countries and world.

I really wish and hope for some outstanding work frm Dr. Salam..towarads the nation..as in our country to work for nation sincerely need to face lot of hopeless problems projected by the people who are supposed to lead the country...i always thought to do something for the nation we need to have legal power in the name of designations but later I realized the highly designated people are more helpless thn non designated and are rarely allowed to do something for the nation and full fill their dream with which they aspired, dreamed, and worked so hard to get there, but get helpless by the political forces..I wish it frm the bottom of my heart that, this young achiever may full fill all her dreams that she dreamed for her nation...TONS OF BEST WISHES....may we see a bright and better changes frm Dr.Ruveda salam......:-))

Congrats to the young lady IPS going to be IAS

The career graph of Dr Ruveda Salam, an IPS at present and soon going to join as IAS is exciting. Hailing from a Kashmiri family in Kashmir, her dream of becoming an Administrator itself speaks volumes of her intention do serve the country. I just hope she will be a glaring example for all other Kashmiri youths, what should exactly be their spirits. A state, where secessionist activities are rocking the whole naton, hers is an exceptioally pleasant, inspiring and brilliant example.

But the job is just half done. The path of serving the nation is not a smooth a highway. There would be Mulayam Singh Yadavs and likes of them to browbeat upright officers. There is IAS officer Ashoke Kehemka, who was penalized for his action against land Shark DLF and Robert Wadhera to shatter him down to the floor. On the other hand there are self seeking despo IPS officers like Kiran Bedi, trying anyhow to grab some political power. Ms Dr Ruveda Salam, has to correctly navigate her way in such a world. Selecxtion already given her aim a cherished beginning. But, it is to be seen, what she does with it. She can easily become a career officer, making fortune for her. She can also bringfortune to the people, whose well being, she is responsible for. Very few people get opportunity to work in the elite service. Those who get such opportunity (offcourse by virtue of their own efforts and merit) should utilize it to the fullest. I am sure, Dr. Rubela will do her and us proud. Bon Voyage !!!!
