Dear Comrades, firstly include only those communists in the party who know the principles of Communism. Remove others unless they learn the said lessons. Then u CPM leaders learn how to deploy one full timer to each village and City with thorough knowledge of systems and procedures formulated by our leader Jyoti Basu in W.B. for the development of poor people of our country.
Whoever become the General Secretary of CPM, the damage has already been done by Karat, Buddhadeb & Nirpam Sen to CPM. Karat will be known as the Mikhail Gorbachev of CPM. Modi should be thankful to Karat for helping transfer the younger generation CPM votes to BJP.
Who ever become secretary , this party become irrelevant in indian politics .They cant attract new generation cos of their ideology which is no to foreign policy and development hinderance .Now they have little presence in kerala and that too will become end shortly.

The Communists have been consigned to the waste basket of history throughout the world but in India they still make some noise and are trying to stay relevant just like the Janatha parivar guys. These people still live in the days of the Soviet Union and the young India is not concerned or attracted to their outdated ideology. They are a nuisance to the development agenda of Modi.

You are rite . Presently it have presence only in kerala cos kerala ppls want to make money without doing any work.they are lazy and love strikes , harthals etc .Thats why this waste party got their root.But the present generation is tech savys and they want development .so this party is losing their grip even in kerala also .
MR.Yechuri is seems to be a very good personality. But, the party will not grow much as the previous general secretary has done so much damage to the party beyond repairable. And the current political situation has also changed in the country.
Whether Yechuri will take over or not... He has been making lot of show n hungama in Parliament.. It was looking evident from his (unwanted) action that he WAS building some kind of foundation n impression to the polit bureau!! How far he will make it succeed is another question..
