The argument put forward by the writer is biased and one sided for the simple fact that it will force consumer to have Airtel sim

It does not forces anyone. Its just like you can buy vegetable from one cheap shop or another expensive shop. Which one you want is your choice. No one is forcing you. Writer's argument do have some logic.
