Majority of encounters are on the basis of informer and one sided-nothing new in the above case. Look at Hashimpura case even after 27 years-no justice, see Sikh riots-no justice, see any issue.
There is no justification for innocent labor getting hauled out of buses and shot through their heads, even if to scare away the others.
But as a society, we have to be equally vigilant that the innocents aren't used as fodder by ruthless politicians and businesses. The law enforcement gets out of control, when the police come under pressure to retrieve a situation messed up by their masters.
How does one prevent the people used as guinea pigs and cannon fodder ? Fighting for their rights before they get into the situations.
There can be no doubt that those politically minded,if not politicians, or those who profit monetarily have to be nabbed. Let's not forget that the police force is also drawn from the same strata of the society which gets caught in the cross-fire!
It seems that the witnesses are all made up.... just to put the blame on the STF.... There must be some bribes that have gone in such reporting by the mafias.... We can never use such means to put blame on STF.... they are the heroes of our nation.... We should all be proud for them.... All of this reporting seems to be influenced by the mafias who have a lot of money....
There appears to be a case of mistakes on both sides, andhra&tamilnadu.To start with there is no problem between people of andhra &tamilnadu.For centuries and times ahead they will coexist peacefully .Here from AP's point of view, the AP GOVT is loosing millions of rupees looted from their forests.But the ultimate beneficiaries are rich people on both sides and the people killed are simple labourers who do their bidding on a given day.I think Andhra govt wanted to do something about this loot and has taken a hasty thoughtless decision resulting in this death.But the truth is, after Karunanidhi came to power in Tamilnadu, tamilians all over the world are treated badly because karuna is not only a bad human being doing things only to benefit himself first and later to his family members which is evidenced by his enormous wealth, ensured that the tamilian does not read english, hindi etc become narrow minded because he made it very unfashonable if any tamilian speaks english, hindi or kannada etc.The poor stature of tamilans are because of Karunanidhi, otherwise Tamilns will be treated like this.
Something's real fishy here...some of their narrations seem flawed...who informed NHRC....cause they r not near many such encounters which seemed fake!!!Or is there some political motive here!!!Let the court decide.
The falsehood of the the so called survivors is so patent. One hefty person off . How credible is thisloads two labourers from a bus where other passengers were there. How credible is this? The person who was going to Pondicheri, finds himself at Nagari Puttur. Why? When 30 or so people are in a truck, one person escapes. Why did all of them not make a break?
These above article is complete thing there is a loop holes in story. They started journey in tamilnadu and stopped by AP police for what reason??what about other passengers in the bus??no one for witness? Went for liquor and missed remaining guys and left for home without complain to local police or search for them??all are strange.if has data plz put it all the information.otherwise these incidents look like cooked up.
what i presume what AP Police has done is good,so that fear will be there for smagguling but AP Police should nab this gang chief. But regional dravidian party small groups are doing dharnas aginst AP, Firing, also real intention is for the last 5 years, andhra population doubled in chennai city, telugu speaking are more then tamil speaking in chennai,in chennai IT Sector all the IT Job are cornored by telugu speaking, and Andhra people, tamil mother tongue gets very few.Even in film line also andhra domination in tamil films,singers all are from Andhra, SPB,MANO, JANAKI, SUSILLA ETC, govt should think of introducing more jobs in chennai , otherwise tamilnadu people goes tom bangalore for jobs, then drinking water will come,whereas in Andhra tamil population neglible,whereas telugu people live in TN More.
