encounter in AP

It is highly objectionable that people r making a lot of commotion on encounters. First thing is all of them are seasoned criminals who are incorrigible. Why not the TN Govt warn and educate them that red sander smuggling is illegal. It shows that many politicians in TN along with AP have been receiving incredibly huge amounts through smuggling. it is really unfortunate that instead addressing the root cause people have started playing with emotions. It is public wealth and it should be protected. If this is incorrect , killing of Veerappan and 89(as per the records) of his associates is also incorrect. How can the TN politicians justify this? Law is Law for everyone. However, encounters should not be supported as they are clearly against law. But in some cases it has been happening. Who knows in future some state governments may give compensation to terrorists also?

Cowardly encounters

The people who indulge in earning money illegally should be punished. When such people are more in numbers, have weapons to use on security people on emergency, police have no alternative, reciprocate action to save their life. Looting anything by the mass, killings be turned in mass. Why should police be blamed? Moreover looters whether it is for money, jewellery, forest they may not be poor at all.

RED SANDER MAFIA
by Viswarupa Vallabhuria on Apr 14, 2015 01:23 PM

The PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS OF INDIA do not want history. They have now floated the theory of poor tribals of JANMAMARUTHUR. During emergency in 1975-76 MADAM GANDHI intiated abolition of bonded labour as part of TWENTY POINT PROGRAMME. Kalrayan Hills of Tamilnadu which includes JANMAMARATHUR was one among the selected one of the implementation places. Ther3e was rehabilitation of bonded labours and upto 196-97 there was a special report on stage of rehabilitation. Performance audit was conducted by CAG on the effectiveness of implementation of one of the most precious scheme. There was also a RETURN CALLING FOR THE OVERALL IMPROVEMENT OF TRIBALS. The question has any pseudo Intellectuals have the inclination on so many study reports on the bonded labourers including that of CAG. The question whether the ambitious project was a failure? Then whose fault was? How long India is going to tolerate crime committed by large groups of people in the name of exploitation is going to be allowed. The Andhra Government is perfectly justified in demanding scrapping of prohibited item RED SANDERS? Then who PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS raise a hue and cry? Due to PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS sandalwood has vanished from TAMILNADU and PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS FOUGHT TOOTH AND NAIL AGAINST ACTION TAKEN ON VEERAPPAN.Let them themselves constitute forest and police force if they want to retain SANDALWOOD AND RED SANDERS in PROHIBITED LIST. The main idea is to retain PROHIBITORY LAWS/VOILATE IT IN THE NAME OF POVERTY

It is inhumane to kidnap some poor woodcutters from a running bus , torture them and kill them and more so is branding them smugglers and dangerous ..... will country take cognizance of the heinous crime committed and punish the ineptitude police personnel who could not control real contractors and smugglers who are hiding.
