Judges, Babus and politicians do not feel ashamed for the delay, Judiciary is one of most corrupt deptt. in the country, still it is a temple of NYAYA, where daily Peshkar and Reader takes bribe under the nose of a judge.
Indian Constitution has not given right to any one to kill people-the guilty should be punished. Judiciary should HERSELF? open a Public Interest Litigation and probe and bring culprits to justice.
