THE St. Kitts forgery case was one of the three cases of corruption registered against former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao after he demitted office in 1996, following the Congress' rout in the general elections that year; the other two were the Jharkhand Mukthi Morcha (JMM) bribery case and the Lakhubhai Pathak cheating case. Together these cases had symbolised the erosion of ethical values in the polity during Narasimha Rao's five-year rule. Like most cases (mis)handled by the caged parrot, these also died

Rao was infact architect of modern India.Rajiv Gandhi was also his admiror.He opened India's Economy & brought Man Mohan Singh as FM.His tenure was marred by Harshad Mehata Kand,otherwise He was great administrator & able politician to take along with him all section of society.Roa Really deserves Bharat Ratna.

Rao undoubtedly architect of modern India with major changes in policy thinking and opening up of the economy. However, this congress people (Sonia and her aids)did not like him as the power resided with other than Gandhi family. He is the best PM that Indiaever have.

PVNR did or allowed to do what was the best for the country. He allowed the logical conclusion to be drawn to the act of Rajiv's act of opening the locks of Ramajanmabhoomi.
