Yes, We must have a section on the lines of 66A to protect good users of internet and also to maintain decorum in society, which often is misutilized by many mischivious persons.

It is not a judicial overreach.SC has every right to examine constitutional validity of a law/section

Big politicians should be scanned thoroughly to see how their wealth increases overnight, and they should not kill or rape and go clean whatever they do

Govt can propose to install CCTV cameras in all public servants (including elected politicians) offices and their house entrances for monitoring their activities

Better Replacement Needed!
by Shujath Hussain on Apr 02, 2015 05:47 PM

A better replacement of 66A is much needed now than ever before in the wake of growing crime on the internet space! No doubt, there was ambiguity in law over Section 66A vs Article 19 of the Constitution and of course with its highhanded enforcement by the Police - the expression of freedom was poorly portrayed in 66A and thus modified and upgraded Section is required. The Government should bring the replacement at the earliest, otherwise, the aggrieved have no option except that of Cr.P.C and IPC, which of course draconion!

Politicians only want their skin and their bureaucrats/families to be protected. They will go to any extent for the same at the cost of common man...
